AMF MEP's website sets no cookies. This policy explains what that means, what we measure instead and how that measurement works.

This website does not set cookies.
We have rebuilt amfmep.co.uk as a static site. It stores nothing on your device, it loads no third-party scripts, and the fonts it uses are served from our own domain rather than from an external font service. There is no advertising network, no social-media tracking pixel and no cross-site profiling of any kind. That is why you are not asked to accept or reject cookies when you arrive: there is nothing to consent to.
What we measure instead
We do want to know which pages people find useful, so the site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, provided by Vercel Inc., the platform that hosts the site.
Both are cookieless. They set no cookie, write nothing to local storage, and do not assign you a persistent identifier that follows you between sessions or across other websites. What is recorded is limited to the page you viewed, the page that referred you, your approximate country, your device type and browser, and how quickly the page loaded. None of that identifies you, and none of it is combined with anything else to build a profile.
If you would rather not be counted at all, any browser setting or extension that blocks analytics requests will exclude you, and the site works exactly the same way with those requests blocked.
Forms
If you send us an enquiry or a job application through this site, the details you type in are emailed to us so that we can reply. That is a form submission rather than a cookie, and it is covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with those details and how long we keep them.
Managing storage in your browser
You can clear or block site data for any website, including this one, from your browser settings. Because this site stores nothing, doing so will not change how it behaves.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add something that does set a cookie, we will update this page before it goes live and add a consent mechanism where the law requires one. We will not quietly start tracking you.
