MEP engineering, end to end.
Our foundation is Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health engineering for residential buildings, from individual homes to high-rise towers. High-rise is where MEP design carries the most weight, because the services have to be resolved alongside the fire strategy, smoke control, sprinkler and evacuation systems, and the Building Safety Act duties a Higher-Risk Building brings. We design across that span, from a 52-storey tower on the Isle of Dogs to Higher-Risk Buildings in west London, and carry it from RIBA Stage 3 through to handover.
