Selby Urban Village
The residential phase of a landmark Tottenham regeneration.
Selby Urban Village transforms the site at Selby Road, Tottenham into a new piece of city. Phase 2 delivers 202 homes across four plots of four to six storeys, within a wider masterplan that includes a new community centre and sports pavilion.
The homes are designed to a 91% regulated-carbon saving against Part L 2021: connected to the local low-carbon district heat network, ventilated by MVHR throughout, and topped with around 229 kWp of solar PV.
AMF MEP is the M&E consultant on Phase 2, reviewing and developing the technical design and discharging the MEP planning conditions as the scheme moves into delivery.
