Orion Park is a new-build development of 95 apartments and two commercial units across four blocks in West Ealing. Block A, at eight storeys, is a Higher-Risk Building under the Building Safety Act 2022, bringing the most demanding regulatory regime in UK residential construction.

The scheme is all-electric: air source heat pumps serve an ambient-loop community heating system with no gas on site, every dwelling has MVHR and cooling for Part O compliance, and 46 kWp of solar PV spans the roofs.

AMF MEP is delivering the MEP design update at RIBA Stage 3, the M&E compliance review against planning conditions and the approved energy strategy, and the incoming site services and utilities design, including sprinkler provision, smoke control and standby generation.
